Wishblade Personal Media Cutter

downloading wishblade sofware (plugin)

I have been using the wishblade for about 1 week and a half and I love it. I would like to cut some of the .gsd files on the wishblade program when I try it says that it can not find" wishblade plugin" I have widows XP with the pink wishblade along with create and cut plus software and wishblade software installed as advised. I have tried to change the port from graphite usb to photo usb and visa versa. I have e mailed xyron for help and no reply as of yet I was so very happy with my wishblade up until this problem. It is very frustrating. I hope that someone here can help me out PLEASE.
