Hello I am new here and I was wondering if any of you have had the same problem.MY design runner turns off in the middle of the print job I tested the batteries they are fine has this happend to you?

Most of the time when this is happening, the palm of your hand is accidentally bumping the purple release button for the lid. It is very sensitive, and when that happens, the Design Runner will power off. Make sure not to rest your hand on the machine to ensure that you are not bumping that button.
If you are sure that isn't the problem, try replacing the batteries even though you tested them and they appear fine.

Thank you so much and yes I was pressing the power button I am now learning to hold it in a position where I do not press the power button.
